At Herbal Remedies, we aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days.
• Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
• Courier Partner: Our default courier partner is J&T Express.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • West Malaysia (WM): Parcels typically reach their destination within 2-5 days after shipping.
  • East Malaysia (EM): Parcels typically reach their destination within 5-10 days after shipping.
